Manufactured with premium CA788 ceramic abrasive grain and heavy-duty polyester cloth backing, this sanding belt delivers exceptional cutting speed, excellent heat resistance, and stable grinding performance for demanding industrial applications.

Compared with standard aluminum oxide and zirconia sanding belts, CA788 ceramic sanding belts provide faster cutting action, cooler grinding performance, and higher grinding efficiency, especially when grinding stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and hard metals. The self-sharpening ceramic grain continuously fractures during grinding, exposing fresh cutting edges for longer service life and consistent grinding performance.

The 3 × 24 ceramic sanding belt features strong lap joint construction for smoother running, reduced vibration, and improved joint strength during high-pressure grinding operations. Butt joint and bi-directional joint are also available for customized requirements.
